DELIVERY POLICY

 

  1. General Information

Orders are subject to stock availability. If stocks of an item are depleted at the time you order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, depending on the original payment method.

 

  1. Place of delivery

Items offered on our website may only be shipped to addresses in Canada. No delivery outside of Canada is currently possible.

 

  1. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. They should only be used as an indication and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Except in exceptional circumstances, we will spare no effort to deliver your product within days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

The delivery date may vary depending on shipping company shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and ordered items. It is also possible that the products are delivered in several separate consignments.

 

  1. Shipping instructions

Orders placed before 10am will be shipped the next day to Quebec and Ontario.

 

  1. Shipping costs

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. This screen will display the shipping costs. Additional charges may be applied for the shipment of heavy or large items or to remote areas. You will be informed of these fees, if any, on the payment page.

Sales tax is billed by province or territory where the item is sent.

 

  1. Items damaged during transport

If the packaging is damaged in any way at the arrival of the product, please contact us immediately at info@distributionsbl.com.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Returns

No return or exchange:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@distributionsbl.com and provide us with the details of the product and its defect. You can return the item you consider defective within 30 days of purchase to the following address:

Once we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and we will inform you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
